The Key Workflow: Report Generation and Delivery

Report generation and delivery is now automated. We fed the AI Operating System hundreds of RapidQS's past manually produced reports so it could learn their structure, style, and writing format. When a new project comes in, David uploads the construction schemes and project docs, and the AI Operating System generates the full quantity report automatically with material and labour costing formatted the way his clients expect. What used to take 4-6 hours is now handled in a fraction of the time.

The report flow is built as a production review loop, not a one-pass generation step.

Once a draft report is generated, the AI Operating System updates RapidQS's project management workflow in Trello by moving the job into the Review column automatically.

A senior surveyor reviews the report, adds feedback, and the AI Operating System applies those corrections and returns an updated version. That loop repeats until the report is approved.

The result is quality control without losing speed: automated first draft, expert review, automated revision, then final delivery.
